Description

SUMMIT 14 – is a spacious and tastefully appointed executive holiday property which can host 10 guests over 4 bedrooms with the best views in the area and with central air conditioning.

Although on the top floor with 2.5 flights of steps, the property encompasses a vista over the Snowy Mountains from one of the largest verandah’s you will ever see. You will look out over 20 kilometres to the northern reaches of beautiful Lake Jindabyne and clouds hanging over Mount Kalkite. Turn your stare left and there before you are World famous Main Range and Kosciuszko National Park rising out of the crystal blue lake. Enjoy all this while your steak sizzles on the BBQ with you and your guests relaxing with a wine or beer on the cane outdoor furniture with good conversation on your day’s activities and exploits.

Although you’ll feel miles away above the Lake and Township, you’re just a short 10-minute stroll down the street to the best restaurants, shops and galleries of Jindabyne CBD. You can browse the ski shops and book a tour or lessons in both winter or summer months.

Property - A really nice apartment with spectacular view,the lounge area is really big and is enough for 10 people's entertainment. They have the heater turned on for our arrival, which was really considerate. Bed was comft, clean and tidy. Bathroom was large and clean.

Summit 14 has one of the best views of the alps and the lake. The balcony is huge with more than 180 degree views. The place itself was sparkling clean, with enough and more space for the 6 of us. We’ll definitely be back in the future.

This place has a fantastic view of the Jindabyne lake. If you didnt do anything else, just sit on the terrace or the living room and admire the view of the lake. The view at Sunrise and Sunset are just fabulous. If you decide to go out, towncentre is a 10 min walk, lake front is about the same. The space is clean and very comfortable. Just remember that two bedrooms out of 4 have bunk beds, not that they are any less comfy. Peter is a great host and responds very quickly. I would love to go back some other time.

The location is great and the view is definitely undersold in the listing - the place overlooks the gorgeous lake. There is plenty of room and the space has everything needed, including 2 undercover parking spaces. I'd recommend staying here.
